What your face attractiveness test includes

The free report gives a photo-impression range on a 1–10 scale in 0.5-point steps. It explains visible factors such as lighting, framing and expression, and offers one change to try. The range describes a broad, subjective photo impression. It is not a confidence interval or a precise measurement of a person.

How attractive am I in this photo?

If you arrived asking “am I pretty?”, start with what you want to learn from the picture. A first impression, a choice between profile photos and a hairstyle idea are different questions. The free test gives one model’s impression of your selected photo; it cannot settle how attractive you are to everyone.

Read the observations alongside the number. Is a comment about a change you can try, such as the light or crop? Is it a style preference you share? A beauty score without those reasons tells you very little. You can disagree with the score and still use one useful suggestion.

“Am I ugly?” is not a verdict a photo test can make. A result does not establish what people think of you, and rerating the same picture does not produce an objective answer. You do not need a higher number to keep a photo you like.

Try a photo and read the reasons · Understand what a rating scale leaves out

Give the test a clear photo

Use a fully clothed portrait with only you in the frame. Keep your face visible and the camera near eye level. A dim picture, a strong filter or a very close crop can leave the tool with less useful evidence. JPG and PNG files up to 8 MB each are accepted.

You do not need a studio portrait. A recent image with even light and a clear view of your expression is a useful starting point. Read the photo privacy notice and check the consent options before you submit.

How to use a result without overreading it

If the report says…A useful next step
The lighting hides detailTry facing a window while keeping the pose and crop similar.
The framing distracts from your faceTry a cleaner background or a wider crop.
The expression does not fit your goalChoose another expression that feels natural to you.
A score you disagree withRead the reasons, keep useful feedback and leave the rest. One output does not settle your attractiveness.

Changing several things at once makes it harder to understand what helped. If you decide to compare photos, keep the setting similar and try one change. A higher score is not guaranteed, and a small difference can reflect model variation.

Rate my face for a profile photo

Choose a photo to rate

Start with the question you want the picture to answer. An everyday photo can feel relaxed and recognizable; a professional profile may need a clear crop; a dating photo can show your expression and style. Choose that goal in the tool. A score cannot predict job offers, matches or what a particular person will think.

If you have several candidates, compare their framing, expression and background. Audience insights can review up to three photos for $4.99 and add a best-photo recommendation. Its seven audience perspectives are simulated model views, not a survey. You can choose a different picture when it better fits your purpose.

For one photo, start with the free Face rating. For a style experiment, Your new look is $9.99 for 1–5 reference photos and one generated preview. Your first reference sets the composition. The preview is a visual idea, not a prediction of the exact result of a haircut or another change. Read plan details and availability before buying.

If the feedback points to shadows or an obscured face, a clearer photo may be more useful than another score. If you disagree with a subjective preference, there is no need to keep rerating the same image.

Attractiveness test or attractiveness scale?

The test gives feedback on your selected image. The attractiveness scale guide explains what rating numbers leave out. The methodology describes how this AI face rater works and what it does not infer.

Attractiveness test questions

Can AI rate my looks?

It can describe the impression of one photo, with a subjective score and reasons. It cannot tell you how attractive every person will find you. Expression, styling, camera position and personal preferences all affect the answer.

Can a beauty score answer “am I pretty” or “am I ugly”?

No score can give a universal yes-or-no answer. This tool reviews a photo, not your value or your identity. Use the reasons to choose a practical change if you want one. If a rating leaves you feeling worse, you can stop without trying to earn a different score.

Can AI rate my face from a selfie?

It can give subjective feedback on a clear adult selfie, including lighting, framing and expression. It describes the image you chose, not a fixed rating of your face. A very close camera, filter or unusual angle can change the visible impression.

Can I compare two or three profile photos?

Audience insights supports 1–3 photos and includes per-photo notes and a best-photo recommendation. Its seven audience perspectives are AI estimates, not votes from people or a real audience survey. The free plan reviews one photo.

Will paying give me a higher face rating?

No. Paid plans add outputs such as multiple-photo comparison or a styling preview. They do not buy a higher score. A generated preview can score the same, higher or lower than the original image.

Is this attractiveness test free?

The Face rating plan reviews one photo and returns a subjective score range, observations and one practical suggestion. One free rating is available per browser session when live analysis is open. Paid reports are optional; selecting a photo does not buy a plan.

How accurate is an AI attractiveness test?

There is no universal beauty score to check it against. The result is a model’s impression of one photo and can change with lighting, framing, expression or the model itself. We do not claim a measured accuracy percentage, population rank or agreement with human reviewers.

Does the test measure symmetry or the golden ratio?

No. MyFaceRating does not return landmark measurements, symmetry percentages or golden-ratio scores. Comments on visible balance are qualitative observations, not geometric measurements.

Do I need to upload a photo to see the results format?

No. The sample report page contains recorded tool results on generated adult portraits. It lets you inspect the free report and paid reports before sharing a photo.
