Adults and your own photos

You must be at least 18. Use only fully clothed photos of yourself that you have the right to submit. Do not submit children, intimate images, identity documents or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not use the service to harass others or bypass safety, payment or usage controls.

What feedback means

Reports give subjective AI feedback on a photograph. They may be incomplete, inconsistent or mistaken. Scores do not measure personal worth, diagnose a condition or predict relationships. Audience ratings are AI estimates, not surveys of real people. Generated previews are visual simulations, not promised real-world results.

Plans and one-time prices

The introductory free rating uses one photo. Audience insights costs US$4.99 for one report using 1–3 photos. Your new look costs US$9.99 for one report using 1–5 reference photos and one generated preview. These are one-time purchases, with no subscription or automatic renewal.

Availability is shown before purchase. Check the final currency, taxes and total in Dodo checkout. Access is granted after payment verification. If verification is delayed, check the original purchase or contact support instead of paying again.

Delivery and access periods

An accepted task can wait for capacity and continue after you close its page. Its processing window ends 24 hours after acceptance. If it cannot finish, a valid reserved allowance is released. This is not a cash refund. A refunded purchase does not regain an allowance. Waiting estimates can change.

Unused paid allowances are tied to a 30-day anonymous browser session. A free report is available for 24 hours after completion; a paid report for 7 days. Keep your payment reference and download anything you wish to retain. Changing browsers or clearing cookies does not automatically restore access.

Paid PDFs are available to download when the report is ready. Email delivery is optional. If you provide matching report-email entries at checkout, we queue one email with the completed report and PDF. If you leave both entries blank or the recipient has stopped report emails, we do not send a report email. PDFs include personal feedback and uploaded-photo thumbnails; Your new look also includes its AI preview. Use a mailbox you control. Email delivery can be delayed; you can use the report page and available download controls while access remains valid. Contact support for an incorrect address or failed delivery. Do not buy again to fix a missing email.

Problems and consumer rights

Contact support@myfacerating.com for a missing report, duplicate charge, access problem or refund request. The refund policy explains how we handle these requests. Clearing a completed report does not itself refund the purchase or restore its allowance.

Your mandatory consumer rights remain in effect. Where a withdrawal period applies, the rules for immediate performance and any loss of that right depend on the service and applicable law. We do not treat every personalized AI report as automatically exempt from those rights.

Privacy and support

Read the privacy notice for temporary photo storage, report expiry, email copies, service statistics and external providers. Support, refund and privacy requests go to support@myfacerating.com. Do not include passwords, card details or sensitive photos in an initial message.
